To conduct and collect complex market research, identify potential programs where the University could fill a niche, and stay abreast of market conditions and changes. Provide thorough and in-depth analysis of business intelligence to assist in building brand awareness, new product launch, and advertising testing. This position is funded through a grant. Continuation of this position is dependent upon extension of grant funding.
Research and Assessment: Define and refine research study objectives and design appropriate questionnaires. Apply a variety of research techniques to gather relevant information, including document analysis, surveys, case studies and interviews (face-to-face, telephone and online). Conduct information and data retrieval searches using electronic databases. Analyze and evaluate research and interpret data, making sure that key issues are identified. Develop expertise in the Student Success Collaborative CRM tool, CAMPUS, including but not limited to data analytics, reporting, and campaigns. Conduct regular analysis and provide recommendations on program performance in the areas of persistence, graduation, workflow efficacy, customer satisfaction, demographics, and other key retention drivers.
Bachelor's Degree is required.
