Principal Contracts Analyst

Incumbent has program responsibilities for successfully supporting the campus for (1) capital construction and construction-related professional service contracting, (2) the Architect & Engineering (A&E) solicitation, selection, and contracting, and (3) Design-build preparation and contractor solicitation. Supervises administrative staff and manages administrative processes for Design & Construction Services and Facilities Management.

Salary: Range $65,564.00 - $80,000.00
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Career Position.
Must have a valid CA Driver's License and participate in the DMV Pull Notice Program.
Must be able to work outside of regularly scheduled shift.
Final candidate subject to background check.
