Advertised Job Summary: Athletics Business Manager, Salary commensurate with experience and experience, USCA Athletics The Athletics Business Manager serves as a key member of the Department of Athletics administrative leadership team and reports directly to the Director of Athletics. This position is responsible for initiating and monitoring all financial aspects of an NCAA Division II athletics program, including development and oversight of team and administrative budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel, property control and all required financial reports. This position may be designated as the Senior Woman Administrator or as the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee Advisor as appropriate. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sports Management or related field, and 2 years related experience, including supervisory experience. Master's degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field; experience and exposure working in NCAA athletics operations; knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations; and knowledge of PeopleSoft, Banner and Quicken preferred. Requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational and management skills and strong written and oral communication skills. Work may be required on nights and weekends. Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management or related field, and 2 years related experience. Supervisory experience required.
