The Division of General Surgery, Section of Surgical Oncology, at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine is seeking a research faculty member with a specific focus in oncology. The candidate must present evidence of appropriate research and training and/or equivalent experience. The training/experience should be of adequate type and duration to prepare the individual for development of an independent research program as well as collaborative research programs.

The primary responsibilities of this individual are to provide unique expertise that will contribute to a wide range of extramurally funded program. This position will work with the Chief of Surgical Oncology to develop research projects and submissions to NIH, foundations and other sponsoring organizations.
