Perform general reception and administration duties, including, but not limited to: answering the office's main telephone line; greeting visitors and directing visitors/incoming calls to the appropriate office and personnel; collecting and distributing mail; assisting with special projects; some filing/organizing, ensure the security of the building at closing, assist with evening events in the building.
Must be a currently enrolled graduate student for the 2018-2019 academic year with a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a professional office setting.
Ability to demonstrate effective customer service skills.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to perform accurately in a detail oriented environment.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions with little to no supervision.
Ability to utilize problem solving skills.
Knowledge of applicable computer applications and basic computer functions.
Knowledge of office practices, procedures, and etiquette.
Previous experience in HSF programs. Experience in an administrative office environment and customer service experience is preferred.
Anticipated Salary Range
Anticipate hiring between $12-$14 per hour. Hourly rate will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
This is an OPS/temporary Job.
The schedule for this position is Sunday-Thursday from 5pm-10pm. 15-20 hours a week.
