Job Type: FYE - Full-Time

Normal Work Schedule: Willingness to work within a flexible schedule (i.e. day, evening).

Job Responsibilities: 

Under general supervision of Associated Engineer II, directs landscape/grounds technicians to maintain grounds and roads for the Greenwood Campus. County Campuses are also part of the assigned duties as directed by Supervisor. These duties include but not limited to parking lot and grounds maintenance, irrigation, chemical and spraying program, equipment operation, and tree/shrub pruning. Will direct skilled and semi-skilled personnel. Assist with managing College Landscape Contracts and budget. While performing duties as a crew leader, a full spectrum of ground and road maintenance activities and practices will be performed by this individual. 

Minimum and Additional Requirements:

A high school diploma and three (3) years related work experience to include one (1) year in a supervisory capacity. Must possess a valid SC driver's license.
