The Kentucky Transportation Center ( is currently seeking an Administrative Services Assistant to provide oversight for the fiscal management of the Technology Transfer Program of the Center. Founded in 1941, the Transportation Center strives to provide transformative solutions to the most critical problems facing today's transportation systems, and is a vibrant hub of applied multidisciplinary transportation research. The Kentucky Transportation Center has built a strong partnership with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and local governments while continuously growing its client base by collaborating with other transportation agencies across the United States.

The Administrative Services Assistant will develop and manage an operating budget for the Program, monitor accounting activities, approve expenditures, make projections, and work with the Program Manager to insure a balanced year-end financial statement. In addition, this position will advise Technology Transfer staff and assist them with University policy and procedures, as well as provide information management and software support. This position is the primary contact for associations/committees.
