Duties: Performs key financial administration elements of license billing and collections process. Enters financial obligations in Inteum for billing to licensees, records cash receipts and reconciles bank and general ledger accounts. Supports license income distributions, billing and financial compliance processes. Maintain PennWorks records for PCI employees, student workers and Fellows. Assist in transactions related to the office's financial activity including payroll, Concur, petty cash and purchasing card transactions. This position reports to the Director of Finance.

Qualifications: Associate's Degree or two-year college equivalent and 3-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Able to work independently, establish priorities and set/meet deadlines. Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a complex financial environment. Possess strong communication skills, be detail oriented and have experience handling confidential information. Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with Penn financial systems strongly preferred.
