To assist individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families in accessing TEACCH services along with navigating community resources to meet their complex needs. These needs may include such topics as establishing a medical home, finding a specialist such as a psychiatrist, neurologist or developmental behavioral pediatrician, accessing support for nutrition and health, advocating for educational or vocational guidance, identifying opportunities for socialization and support groups, strengthening home and family life, assessing recreation opportunities, and reviewing community activities and transportation needs. This position will assist families through the TEACCH referral process, offer support and information about TEACCH services, help clients and their families connect with TEACCH clinicians should problems arise, and facilitate continuity of care with respect to integrating additional community resources.

Education Requirements:
Qualification and Experience: Associate's degree in a related Human Services discipline and two years of experience related to the area of assignment, or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
