We are currently seeking a Contract Analyst (PRC) who will advance the institution's proud tradition of excellence in academics, student life and community service.
You: A natural analyst with an eye for detail.
Your mission: You'll administer, coordinate, analyze, manage, track and approve contracts and agreements.
A typical day: You might be reporting on small-business participation goals over your morning coffee, then returning to your desk to look over next fiscal year's budget. After lunch, you could be in a meeting to work on the annual PRC Plan and monthly Active Contract List. At every step in the contract process, we'll rely on you to make sure everything is in order so we can keep doing what we do best: providing an exceptional student experience.

Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Managements System, Contract Management or another related field.
Six (6) years directly related work experience in IT and contract management may be considered in lieu of degree requirement.
At least five (5) years experience in IT technical and administrative operations required.
At least two (2) years experience in contract management, preferably in IT contract or IT site license administration required.
Knowledge of budget status and other management reports preferred.
Must have experience in creating, archiving and maintaining contract related documents.
Experience in an institution of higher education preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with vendors and all levels of HCCS employees
Proven ability to work effectively as a team member
Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
Excellent time-management, problem solving and organizational skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Excellent documentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel. Experience in Visio and Adobe Acrobat is highly desired.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of HCCS employees and vendors
Experience in an urban and highly diversified work environment is preferred.
