Our Admissions and Box Office Associates are first to interact with museum visitors and play an important role in providing an excellent customer service experience.
Associates will be performing a variety of tasks, including: processing ticket orders and selling general admission, docent tours, film, theater, and lecture tickets; providing information about The Ringling and its programs; and assisting with mailing lists, sales reports, and customer inquiry follow-up.
This position is responsible for efficient accurate cash handling and ticket distribution.


High school diploma/equivalent.
Candidate must have the ability to work with cash.
Interpersonal and communication skills, to include the ability to interact with a variety of people.
Ability to work with the computer ticketing system.
Ability to stand for up to one hour, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Anticipated Salary Range

$10 per hour

Pay Plan

This is an OPS/temporary Job.

Soft Money Funded Position

This position is time-limited based on soft money funding, with renewal contingent upon available funds and the needs of the University.


Part-time, approximately 24 hours per week. Flexible hours. Weekends, evenings, and holidays may be required.

Criminal Background Check

This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check, to include fingerprinting.
