Summary of Duties:
The WSU ROAR Program Director is responsible for managing all aspects associated with implementing, directing, and maintaining the WSU ROAR Program (Responsibility Opportunities Advocacy and Respect), including, but not limited to: developing, maintaining, and evaluating daily programming; directing and controlling program operations; responsible for program results; teaching workshops; facilitating internships; providing experiential opportunities for students; organizing events; managing the program's budget and allocate resources appropriately; represent program to internal and external constituents; related administrative functions; and supervising program staff.

Required Qualifications:
Positions require a Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years of professional work experience in student services or related education/experience. One (1) or more years of experience leading or directing the work of others. A Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience. Any combination of relevant education and professional experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a yearforyear basis.
