Duties: The Director of Student Information & Registrar is responsible for Penn Nursing's overall coursework strategy, for managing student records and tracking overall and programmatic enrollment. The Director will oversee the Office of Student Information, including supervising two staff members, to provide leadership for the integrity of the School's academic and student records in compliance with all relevant regulations. The Director will oversee and manage several key processes including but not limited to student academic progress, graduation audits, the tuition and billing processes, the course evaluation process, the contracts for student clinical placements, and the immunization and background check compliance requirements. The Director will be expected to develop, implement, and manage systems to track data, spot trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years progressively responsible work experience in a fast paced environment, preferably in a university setting or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Strong analytical skills with solid database management experience; able to utilize the data warehouse, student information systems, etc. in order to provide regular reporting of student related information. Strong knowledge of academic and student record keeping requirements and regulations. The successful candidate will possess initiative, be resulted oriented and have leadership abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with all levels; Excellent organization skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple projects; able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations. Strong computing skills in MS Office; ability to write queries a plus. Prior supervisory experience required.
