Position Summary: University Communications is recruiting for 2 Visitors Center Managers. By applying to this posting you will be considered for both positions (20027502 & 20027503). Reporting to the UNC Visitors Center Director, the Visitors Center Manager will help execute the daily operations at the Visitors Center, including assisting visitors, scheduling and leading tours and managing a cohort of student and specialty tour guides. The position requires excellent customer service and communication skills, as he/she is responsible for responding to a wide range of inquiries while ensuring that all visitors have a positive, high-quality experience. The manager must have an understanding of the Blueprint for Next strategic framework, campus history and culture and must be current on issues impacting the campus.

Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
