Minimum Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work. Experience in the trade(s) areas related to the area of assignment may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.

Job Duties: The primary purpose of this position will include but is not limited to: the maintenance, installation, and repair of parking and traffic control signs; painting of parking lots and roadways; the supervision and coordination of maintenance and repair projects; performing parking meter money collections; and barricading parking lots, roadways, and deployment of signage as required by special events, maintenance and construction as needed and during times of campus emergencies. This position will also aid in impounding illegally parked or abandoned bicycles on campus and function as a traffic control person as required.
