Admissions Consultant


The Admissions Consultant is responsible for recruiting, admitting, and enrolling students in the Fully Employed MBA (FEMBA) and Executive MBA (EMBA) Programs for Fall and Spring (FEMBA-only) in-take cohorts. Work collaboratively with the Senior Director, FEMBA Program, other staff, and faculty to (1) attract and recruit the best possible candidates to UC Irvine's FEMBA and EMBA Programs, and (2) ensure responsive, personalized attention to prospective and admitted students. Experience making public presentations and one-on-one candidate interviews; and experience in marketing, communications, sales, and/or recruitment in a graduate or undergraduate academic or professional setting is required.

Salary: Hourly $31.13
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Contract Position.
Contract position, up to 80% time through August 31, 2018, with potential to extend. Schedule to be determined. (Hours may vary depending on recruitment schedule). Requires ability to work weekends and evenings as necessary; requires local periodic travel to admissions recruiting events.
Final candidate subject to background check.
