Associate Director, Class & Reunion Programs

Under supervision of the Director, Class & Reunion Programs, the Associate Director, Class & Reunion Programs is responsible for cultivating class identity, engaging alumni with the University and one another and soliciting and securing class and reunion gifts. The primary objective of the reunion giving program is to use a class-based approach to engage alumni and increase the number of donors who give annually to UC Irvine at the $1,500+ level, ultimately increasing the amount of private annual support raised each year. The Associate Director will work to implement and execute the UCI Reunions and class agents program.

This position will assist with the organizing the activities of specific reunion affinity groups, including the recruitment of volunteer committees, organizing outreach efforts, and developing affinity group-specific attendance and fundraising goals for Reunion Weekend. Participates in committee meetings and conference calls as appropriate. Concentration on reunion giving, renewals, upgrades and acquisition within the sustaining giving prospect pools, and will assist in raising more private support each year and enhancing the major gift pipeline.
Travels periodically over the course of the year to recruit volunteer leaders, solicit gifts, staff events and meetings.

Salary: Monthly $4,968.58
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Career Position.
May need to work occasional evenings and weekends
