Operations Coordinator

Acts as intermediary between Facilities Management, outside vendors, and the resident to schedule work and resolve issues. Initiate and authorize routine work orders to Facilities Management and reconcile monthly billings for each trade. Participate in the development of the preventative maintenance calendar, initiate work and coordinate scheduling including assessment of major maintenance items (i.e. carpet, floors, etc.). Participate in the scheduling of work assignments in the preparation of vacated apartments. Use independent judgement, decision-making skills, and sensitivity in dealing with a variety of clients seeking information and assistance related to Verano Place operations.

Salary: Annual $45,732.00
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Career Position.
California Driver's License (desired)
