The Lynn University Drama Program is seeking an adjunct professor of Movement. The applicant should have a minimum of two years teaching experience. Candidate should be proficient in teaching Movement with experience and/or certification in a reputable technique such as Laban, Feldenkrais, Alexander, and/or another comparably recognized methodology. Secondary areas of expertise and professional/teaching experience in acting, voice, and directing are desirable. M.F.A. or equivalent professional experience is required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- The candidate will teach one movement course to undergraduate B.F.A. drama majors
- Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent
- Minimum of two years teaching experience
- Certification in a reputable technique such as Laban, Feldenkrais, Alexander, and/or another comparably recognized methodology
- Expertise and professional/teaching experience in acting, voice, and directing
