Under the general supervision of the Director of Marketing and Communications in the Claire Trevor
School of the Arts, incumbent is responsible to develop and create promotional and operational materials. Design marketing materials and graphic layouts to improve the visibility and usage of Claire Trevor School of the Arts and its performance productions to both campus and outside clientele. This requires the ability to write, edit, proofread, and produce assigned publications, electronic communications, collateral materials, and web management. In addition, will coordinate with various campus stakeholders and outside vendors to ensure accurate and timely content and delivery of assigned projects. Lead the visual appearance of the Claire Trevor School of the Arts performance programs and social media accounts to promote school programs, majors, department and affiliated centers and institutions. Will work as a team member in all aspects of communications development and production.

Salary: Hourly $23.58
Total Hours: 50% work schedule
