Position Summary:
Office of Admissions. The Document Specialist processes all incoming admission file documentation and assists with application processing for new students.

Essential Functions

  • Opens, sorts, stamps, routes, and delivers all incoming mail.
  • Appropriately images and logs all admission file documents using Banner Document Management (BDM) and Banner.
  • Assists with applicant file review and data updates.
  • Performs data entry of student prospect information into Connect CRM.
  • Assists with incoming calls and status check inquiries.
