Duties: The Program Coordinator will provide administrative and functional coordination and support to the Community Engagement and Research Core (CEAR Core), the UPenn Prevention Research Center (UPenn PRC), and the Cancer Prevention and Control Research Network Collaborating Center (CPCRN), all directed by PIK Professor Karen Glanz, PhD, MPH. The person in this position will provide administrative support to research grants (from grant submission through manuscript preparation) and will implement, facilitate, and organize communication, logistical, and administrative functions related to these projects outlined above.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 2 years to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently, and exercise initiative, as well as be a team player. Outstanding interpersonal skills, experience working with people at all levels. Excellent problem solving skills, ability to recognize deadlines and prioritize work accordingly.
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel.
