Intercultural Affairs Program Coordinator
The purpose of this position is to engage and advise students by planning and executing culturally-relevant programming and by providing leadership development and organizational development opportunities for student leaders and student organizations that align with student identity development theory. The person in this role is expected to be student-centered, collaborative, and intentional in their role as an educator, in addition to working closely with Intercultural Affairs and other key campus partners.
Plan, develop and execute cultural celebrations, social justice programming, and identity development-based initiatives sponsored by Intercultural Affairs and the Multicultural Leadership Council that aid in the academic, cultural, and social development of students with marginalized identities.
Bachelor’s degree and one or more years of experience is required.
