Position Summary

Primary responsibility:
- Teach studio piano

Secondary responsibilities:
- Teach courses related to the Piano Pedagogy masters degree program
- Coordinate class piano program
- Other interests and qualifications are welcome and may enable participation in additional areas of teaching and service such as collaborative piano, early keyboard instruction, keyboard harmony, and piano literature
- Participation in recruiting and normal faculty governance service activity associated with a full-time position are expected



Minimum Qualifications

Doctoral Degree in Piano Performance or Piano Pedagogy. ABD or equivalent professional experience considered.



Preferred Qualifications

Teaching experience in applied piano and related courses at the collegiate level strongly desired.
