Associate Director for Career Education
The Associate Director for Career Education will oversee outreach efforts to faculty to maintain and develop new partnerships that integrate Career Education into the curriculum to impact all UNC Asheville students. The employee will maintain and develop partnerships within academic affairs to implement and track students' progress with career exploration plan. The position is responsible for coordinating career coaching services and supervising the career coaching team, including one full-time career coach and up to three (or more) interns to produce high quality career development outcomes. The Associate Director will provide career coaching to meet student and alumni career development needs in collaboration with faculty, student leaders, alumni and staff members.

Experience that applicants should demonstrate includes at least three years' career coaching and/or advising, preferably in higher education, and supervisory experience.
