The Career Coach contributes to outreach efforts with faculty to integrate Career Education into the curriculum to impact all UNC Asheville students. The employee will provide career coaching to meet students' and alumni career development needs. The Career Coach will develop and teach career development workshops and classroom modules in collaboration with academic and student services to help students and alumni achieve their career goals.

A Master's degree is required, however, candidates with a bachelor's degree with coaching certification, and 3 or more years of experience may also be considered.
