Degree and Area of Specialization:

MD is required.



Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Ophthalmology is required.

Completion of residency training in a U.S. Ophthalmology Accredited Program is required.

Completion of at least one-year Pediatric Ophthalmology fellowship is required.

Must have relevant experience in clinical practice, and have an interest in medical student and resident education.



License or certificate:

Wisconsin Medical License
DEA License



Position Summary:

The appointee will primarily evaluate and treat patients at Madison UW Health Clinics, and will also be involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows of the UW Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences. This position may require clinical research.
