Advertised Job Summary
The Administrative Coordinator for Global Carolina will assist with administrative duties in Global Carolina. Duties include, but are not limited to, managing Mobility Online, the Global Carolina database of global business for the university; assisting with purchasing and reimbursements; assisting with domestic and international travel for faculty and staff; assisting with the management of international Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) and other contracts and assists with personnel operations, including hiring, weekly time sheets and payroll.Qualifications
Required: A bachelor's degree.
Preferred: A bachelor's degree and three years' administrative experience.
