Administrative Support Associate I

Job description

An Administrative Support position is available in the College of Medicine, dividing time equally between the Saha Cardiovascular Research Center and Sponsored Research Administrative Services (SRAS).

Within the Saha Cardiovascular Research Center, duties include administrative support for Core Faculty and their affiliated staff and trainees. The position also includes responsibilities for details associated with the Center's weekly seminar series and the yearly Cardiovascular Research Day.

Responsibilities in SRAS include a broad range of administrative tasks such as coordinating a variety of meetings and management of a detailed filing system.

Competitive applicants will be able to work independently and manage a large variety of tasks throughout the day. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

The successful candidate must also be able to work at a quick and upbeat pace while maintaining exceptional organization and a high-level of customer service.

Monday - Friday 8:00-4:30 (40 hrs/week)


Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Customer service mentality. Computer experience including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Web-editing platforms.
