Job Description
The Admissions Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire a Director, Admissions Outreach to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

* Develop and execute a comprehensive on-campus recruitment plan, addressing both undergraduate and graduate populations, to meet the goals of the university. Provide continuous evaluation and implement improvements as necessary to keep plan effective and successful.
* Analyze and report on statistical and comparative data concerning on campus recruitment efforts to enable strategic recruitment and the effective advancement to university goals.
* Lead and direct the university campus experience staff; direct supervision of the Tour center, Recruitment events, Admissions front reception, tour and student ambassador staff. Provide overarching goals and direction while providing continuous over site to assure successful work from the staff.
* Collaborate with university partners and external constituents to build working relationships and partnership that will promote UNT's standing and achieve success in reaching recruitment and enrollment goals.
* Work closely with Admissions leadership team to align processes and efficiently and effectively reach the division's and university's goals.
* Advise on and monitor budget relating to on-campus recruitment and campus experience efforts.

Minimum Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in related field and six years of closely related professional experience. The following knowledge, skills, and abilities are required:

* Knowledge of strategic planning principles.
* In depth knowledge of admissions processing.
* Ability to develop effective reports for decision making.
* Knowledge of PeopleSoft or other student information systems or ability to quickly assimilate.

Preferred Qualifications
The preferred candidate will possess the following additional qualifications:

* Master's degree preferred
