Responsible for coordination of staffing of clinical operations, communication of staff
callin's to the appropriate clinical unit. Responsible for documenting the callin's in the scheduling system ATSTAFF and calling of staff to fill opportunities in clinical units.
Works closely with the House Operations Administrator to fill opportunities.
Professional point of contact for all aspects of operations. Liaison to all other clinical
areas when referrals and/or consults are needed and there is an issue or problem.
Consistently looks for ways to improve operations and customer service.
Works closely with Clinical Manager, Medical Director, and Sedation Coordinator on
operational issues as well as growth initiative. Adheres to established UK procedures and policies. All assignments checked for errors, always checks to see that all details in each step of a procedure have been completed, consistently completes all assigned tasks within a given time frame. Responsible for monitoring equipment and initiating repair calls. Handles stress in a professional manner.
