Reporting to the Project Manager, this position provides high level comprehensive project coordination and administrative support to the Regional Campus expansion team and committees including creation of project tools, documents, presentations, charts, and timelines. Managing complex day-to-day schedule, coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments, and other support as needed. In addition, this position provides administrative support for and at time coordinates one or more projects within the College of Medicine including regional campus expansion and other special projects as required. Coordinates a variety of activities, provides data analysis, and supports project team.
