Summary of Duties:
The primary function of this position is to provide high quality customer service and perform support duties as part of a group that services student loans, student accounts, and accounts receivable. Under general supervision, the incumbent utilizes established procedures and guidelines in the performance of assigned tasks. Duties include answering and directing telephone calls to appropriate personnel; answering routine inquiries; processing returned mail; distributing incoming mail; composing written communication; maintaining records and files; using the Point-of-Sale System to receive and disburse funds and generate receipts.
High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of full-time clerical experience OR equivalent education/experience.
