Our Senior Director, Campus Operations provides direction and leadership to multiple campusus in an assigned region which includes hiring and training of staff, directing all implementation activities of new campuses, preparing budgets, reports and monitoring academic and financial performance to ensure delivery of high quality, customer-focused educational value.

  • Hires and onboards staff to ensure that the operation(s) are appropriately staffed.
  • Assesses and directs training needs and activities in assigned region.
  • Plan, develop and direct the set-up, implementation and operation of new locations.
  • Ensure that all activities and operations are carried out in compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Ensure financial goals are met by monitoring expense levels, comparing actual budget to plan along with applicable measures to address any variances.
  • Serve on committees as needed.
  • Provide ongoing evaluation of campus Standard Operating Procedures to ensure that they are up to date and meet campus needs.
  • For new campuses, ensure that staff is aware of and in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Provide direction and leadership to various functional areas that support the institution
Completes other duties as assigned.

  • Master's Degree required
  • At least ten years of solid business experience with 3-5 years' experience in a leadership role in the education or healthcare industry. Multiple campus leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Previous classroom teaching experience helpful.
  • Excellent leadership, management and communication skills.
  • Abilty to travel up to 50%
