Duties: Meeting and greeting patients of the Penn Dental Faculty Practices. Providing an array of reception services in highly customer service oriented manner which includes but is not limited to; precision scheduling of dental treatments for targeted daily goals, appointment book controls, collection and data entry of patient related information, presentation and collection of treatment fees. Possession of excellent customer service and communications skills is essential for this position.
Qualifications: Previous working experience in dentistry with understanding of dental terminology, treatments and procedures is required. A High School Diploma or GED and 2 years to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
