Vacancy ID: P008436

Position Summary: This position serves a dual role as the deputy to the Senior Director for Employee & Management Relations and as the day-to-day operations supervisor of the E&MR unit. As the deputy, this position may represent the Senior Director and the unit at campus-wide or UNC system-wide employee relations meetings and may speak on behalf of the Senior Director on the full array of employee relations topics, policies, and programs.
