Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

The ideal candidate will have specialized/technical knowledge and skills such as drafting, reading and understanding electrical schematics, computer operations, ready, understanding technical manuals; Microsoft Enterprise Desktop Support; MacOS Experience; Troubleshooting Experience on various computing devices including workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, telephones, etc.

Preferred Education/Experience

Prefer an Associate degree and previous experience in an academic healthcare environment that demonstrated leadership and exceptional performance in the development, implementation and direct oversight of industry and service management best practices.
