Processor, Office of the Registrar
This position is located within the Office of the Registrar (OTR). Candidates will provide support in a variety of tasks within the Office of the Registrar. May include such duties as the digital imaging of academic documents, including scanning, indexing, and verifying document data, opening and closing the office each day, communicating policies and procedures, assisting students with registration and schedule changes; certifying enrollments, course loads, degree progress, and degree conferrals with accuracy and confidentiality. This position is also responsible for processing the fulfillment of all academic transcript requests, and issuing all other types of certifications to external entities. Essential Functions and Responsibilities
• Receive and maintain student documentation
• Understand and adhere to FERPA regulations
• Work both independently and in a team environment
• Prioritize essential job functions while utilizing numerous systems
• Screen requests to determine if they meet eligibility criteria
• Data reconciliation
• Experience understanding and following policies
• Experience meeting deadlines and minimum work requirements • Accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to multitask on different job functions in multiple systems • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment • Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft office products and applications
• Associates degree
• One or more years of experience working in an enrollment, admissions, or registrar office at a higher education institution
• Experience using a student information system (such as Banner/PeopleSoft), and document imaging system (such as OnBase/Kofax).
Special Position Requirements
• Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds
• Up to 5% travel is required, as well as the ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed.

• Minimum one year clerical and/or customer service experience
