Assist in managing competitive NCAA Division I intercollegiate women's hockey program within the context of the educational mission of the University. Share in responsibility of educating student-athletes to the value of sport as it becomes increasingly valuable in today's society. Take directives from head athletic coach for all aspects of the competitive NCAA Division I program that relies on recruiting scholarship and non-scholarship student-athletes. Provide leadership and positive expertise in teaching and tactical aspects of women's hockey. Demonstrate commitment to issues of social justice and diversity.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor's degree in related field and one to three years' experience in recruiting NCAA prospects and/or coaching at intercollegiate level required. Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to demonstrate skill techniques required. Ability to travel extensively.
