Position Summary: The Assistant Director of Prospect Management is responsible for developing, executing, and evaluating strategy to drive prospective applicants through the admissions funnel, with the ultimate objective of enrolling students across the UNC Kenan-Flagler Master of Business Administration (MBA) portfolio. The Assistant Director of Prospect Management will administer and oversee differentiated prospect outreach and lead-generation campaigns tailored toward each phase of the MBA admissions cycle. This position will plan, develop, direct, and coordinate activities designed to create awareness of and maintain interest in the UNC Kenan-Flagler MBA program. The Assistant Director will report to the Associate Director of Admissions & Student Recruitment, serving as part of the MBA Admissions & Student Recruitment team, which engages more than 30,000 prospective applicants and over 4,000 completed applications for the MBA program each year.

Education Requirements: A bachelor's degree is required. A master's degree or equivalent is preferred.

Qualification and Experience: A minimum of 2 years of post-baccalaureate professional experience is required. A minimum of 1 year of experience in higher education admissions, student recruitment, communications, or business development is preferred. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required. Demonstrated success working in a highly collaborative, matrix organization is essential. A demonstrated track record of success in the development of customer-centric value propositions and tactical implementation of lead-generation campaigns is essential. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and communication platforms, such as Slate, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc., is preferred. Familiarity with emerging trends within target market is a plus.
