Duties: A full-time position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Murray Grossman in the Department of Neurology at the University of Pennsylvania. This lab focuses on cognitive neuroscience and clinical questions relating to language, memory, and neurodegenerative disease (e.g., primary progressive aphasia, behavioral variant frontotemporal degeneration, Alzheimer's). Applicant responsibilities will include assisting in the coordination and collection of data for clinical trials. Duties include subject recruitment, coordinating subject visits, collecting research data in accordance to the sponsor protocol, collection, processing and shipping of biofluids, data entry, data analysis, and management of regulatory binders, including reporting adverse events, and participating in audits. This position will provide a strong foundation for individuals interested in continuing their education in graduate or medical school.

Qualifications: Requires a BS/BA degree in Psychology, Linguistics, Biology, Neuroscience, or other health related fields and 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in a similar lab setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with clinical trials is preferred. The candidate must be able to work independently and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Position contingent upon funding.
