Position Description

Advertised Job Summary

The Ticket Office Coordinator's responsibilities include: Acting as customer service rep and troubleshooter for the ticket office, including on phone, via email and at events. Supervising part time event employees of the Athletics ticket office, managing and setting up various events across all ticket office software, including but not limited to Archtics, Host, Account Manager, IO Media and Jump Forward, and serving as liaison for ticketing to broader constituents for assigned sport. Position will be assigned a spring and/or fall sport and perform all related ticketing functions for that sport. In addition, will act as ticket supervisor across various athletic events as designated. Participate and initiate renewals and sales strategies for assigned sports. Assist the Assistant Athletics Director of Ticketing with other duties as assigned or delegated.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)

Bachelor's degree, or high school diploma and 4 years related program experience.

Experience and familiarity with ticketing database management such as Archtics and/or Paciolan or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

Ticketing experience required, preferably in collegiate or athletics setting.


Strong working knowledge and understanding of all NCAA rules and regulations regarding compliance issues related to ticketing. (Violation of a conference or NCAA regulation as well as those policies of the University could be cause for discipline up to dismissal.) Experience and familiarity with ticketing database management, such as Archtics and/or Paciolan or similar. Experience and proficiency on Microsoft Office Suite. Must be organized and possess attention to detail as well as exercise sound judgement and discretion. Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone and in writing. Ability to be conscientious and aware of sensitive nature of job functions.
