General Summary: The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a Graduate Assistant for Mixed Rifle. The Graduate Assistant will assist with secretarial, PR management, and assistant coaching tasks for the UNG Mixed Rifle Team.

Job Duties & Responsibilities: The Graduate Assistant will:

  • Assist with Personal Relations and fundraising.
  • Assist with target and range maintenance.
  • Assist with daily practices
  • Coach and provide support at matches.
  • Plan events and coordinate study hall and workout schedules with captains and coach. Supervise study hall.
  • Assist with scheduling travel arrangements.
  • Assist with daily office duties.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • CPR/First Aid/AED
  • Precision Shooting Knowledge, Office and Communication Skills.

Certifications/Licenses & Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required and accepted into Graduate Program at UNG
  • Precision Rifle Competition Experience (Preferred)
