Position Details

Serve as general administrative and office support to Faculty, Fellows and other personnel in General Internal Medicine Research Unit and Clinical & Translational Science Education program, within the Department of Medicine. Coordinate activities and meetings for various committees. Prepare documents, arrange logistics, and maintain tracking tools and surveys to support project activities.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Associates degree, one to two years' experience, working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions, and familiarity with Internet resources required. Effective organizational and interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience in meeting scheduling/conferencing software highly desirable. Some familiarity with Outlook, PeopleSoft, Blackboard, RedCap, and Access and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel. PowerPoint) and Adobe desirable. Experience with academic student service desirable.
