Job Summary

The workstudy will assist the Construction Management/CAD Department with the following responsibilities:

1. Assist the lab coordinator in unpacking, organizing and putting away of lab equipment.
2. Assist in giving tours of the ATTC building and programs when needed.
3. Under the supervision of the Construction Management/CAD program coordinator, assist in following up with students via phone calls, emails, etc.
4. Under the supervision and guidance of the Construction Management/CAD program coordinator, help manage and update the department's Facebook page and social media by updating pictures, current events and other information, etc.
5. Oversee and manage the creator's space lab and coordinate usage of the space.
6. Assist with filing, printing and any other administrative duties as assigned.
7. Under the direction and supervision of the program coordinator, assist with creating program marketing materials.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Construction Engineering/CAD equipment.
