Advertised Job Summary: - Assists with support of student organizations, including the annual registration process, space reservations and food requests. Assist with training student organizations on related topics. - Process travel documents and make travel arrangements for staff, advisors, and students, as directed. - Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, and scheduling front desk student assistants. - Administrative Assistant to the Assistant Dean of Students & Director of Student Life, screens mail, calls and visitors. Schedules appointments and meetings for the Assistant Dean of Students. Offers administrative support to Associate Directors, Assistant Directors, and Health Educator. - Monitors expenditures & balances of over 60 accounts within department. Responsible for purchasing processes of student organizations and other accounts directly related to the office. Manages credit card reconciliation for staff members. Approve expenditures based on budget. Receipts and deposits funds into student organization and department accounts. - Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Supports additional Student Life and Student Affairs events, as directed.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work experience that is directly related to the area of employment, or high school diploma and 6 years work experience that is directly related to the area of employment; or equivalency. Requires valid drivers license and good driving record. Successful background check is required.
