Finance Analyst

This position is only available to current UCI employees.

Under the general supervision of the Department Administrator, the incumbent is responsible for the financial and administrative management of major federal and private contracts and grants as well as other extramural funds, private gifts/grants, opportunity funds, Chancellor's funds, training grants and set-up funds that support various research and instructional programs within the Department of Neurobiology and Behavior. Incumbent has independent decision making authority, policy analysis and interpretation and independent problem solving responsibilities that requires on-going interaction with all levels of university agency faculty and staff. The incumbent is responsible for the accounts, including monthly reconciliation and review and analysis of expenditures, accounting reconciliation, and preparation of check requests.

Salary: Hourly $23.58 - $32.06
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
