Videographer and Marketing Assistant

Under the general supervision of the Marketing Manager and Videography Supervisor, the Administrative Specialist will provide graphic design, production services, and support for the Student Center & Event Services marketing, publicity, and advertising department. The Administrative Specialist must be creative, while still delivering a consistent 'brand' in the design, layout, artwork and color for all marketing print and digital media. Working in a collaborative team setting, the Administrative specialist will assist in designing marketing materials and graphic layouts to improve the visibility and usage of the Student Center & Event Services and its' services to both campus and outside clientele. The Administrative Specialist will also assist with the visual appearance of the Student Center & Event Services website and provide graphic support for Student Center building improvement projects.

The Administrative Specialist must be self-motivated, able to work with general supervision and able to receive feedback and modify projects. The Administrative Specialist is expected to manage resources and balance productivity with consistency, in order to adhere to established style guidelines and best practices.

Salary: Hourly $21.54 - $29.29
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Career Position.
Must be willing to work occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as workload demands.
Final candidate subject to background check.
