Program Assistant - Nursing Practice Experience Coordination

To help support the work of the University we have an immediate opening for a Program Assistant for Nursing Practice Experience Coordination.
Under limited supervision, provide responsible and confidential administrative support for nursing student practice experience activities under the direction of the Director of Nursing and the Practice Experience Coordinator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage practice experience data systems
- Assist with practice experience site correspondence
- Pull data and documents from student courses
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships with individuals from the practice experience sites
- Other duties as assigned by Practice Experience Coordinator or Programs Director
High School diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3-5 years’ administrative office experience preferred. Excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office are required.
