Provide project coordination to both the PROSPER program, a prevention initiative focused on building strong families and healthy youth, that is part of the Vermont 4-H Youth Development program as well as Extension's Coping with Separation and Divorce program. Lead and support a community team that advises the PROSPER initiative. Supervise and support the COPE Training Coordinator and instructors. Provide logistical support to programs and develop outreach materials. Conduct evaluations. Write grants and plan fundraising activities to support program sustainability and growth.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor's degree and two years' related experience with focus in youth prevention programming or youth, human and family development required. Effective interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with youth and adult volunteers in a team environment required. Computer and electronic communication proficiency required. Ability to frequently travel to various locations required.
Fundraising experience highly desirable.

6 month probationary period required.
Must provide own transportation to frequently travel to various locations.
Occasional night and weekend hours may be required.
Position is located in the Extension South Burlington office.
